MineCraft PaperCraft Studio Now for iOS
Owen today announced the MineCraft PaperCraft Studio is now available for iOS users! PaperCraft Studio App is basically an app you download for $2.99, £1.99, €2.69! After you have downloaded the app, find a template you want to craft and print it out! You will need scissors, glue, and part of your time! Full article can be found here.

This looks really neat as you can also craft your own avatar, by simply entering your username and just print, cut, glue, and you have your own MineCraft player sitting on at your desk while you do homework or play MineCraft! Pretty neat!

From what I read from Mojang, MineCraft PI Edition is a free version of MineCraft that runs on Raspberry PI, a credit-card sized computer chip. You will be ale to alter and change MineCraft using the language of code. This is a great opportunity to learn how to code a game.

It’s Monday again, and you know what that means; it’s time to buy a new calendar! We’ve spent the last week or two trying to rewrite the lighting engine, and it’s going okay but unfortunately is too slow to put live. So instead, have some other smaller bugfixes and this complimentary hug: *hug*
Slight optimizations to lighting
[Bug MC-2196] – Map item placed in item frame experiences Z-fighting
[Bug MC-7302] – Nametag of certain mobs too low / too high
[Bug MC-9212] – Team colors/prefixes/suffixes are not displayed with @a/@p/@r
